Booking process

1> SEARCH

Choose the cities of origin and destination by clicking on the box
Chose the dates od departure and return by clicking on the box
Select the number of passengers
Enter your Discount Code (Optional)

2> Flights

Choose the combination of days you prefer.
When there is more than one flight on the selected day, the departure and return flights will be shown separately.
You must choose a departure flight and a return flight.
At the bottom of this page you will find a box with the total price for your trip (taxes not included). See fare conditions.

3> Review

Check your travel dates and the departure time of the selected flights.
At the bottom of this page you will find a box with the total price for your trip (including taxes and subtracting the discount tickets, if entered in Step 1).

4> TRAVELLERS

Enter the travellers’ information.

5> Purchase

Enter the required information to complete payment.
Once this process is completed you can only void it by ringing up Pluna’s Call Centre within 24 hours after reservations are made.

6> Confirmation

If the booking was successful, you will get a six-character booking reference (e.g. YX532C).
This booking reference allows you to check-in online within 36 to 2 hours of your flight departure time.

Your ticket is an e-ticket, so you only need to turn up at the airport with due anticipation holding your travel documents.
